thursday things...
got up this morning and go busy! i was once a morning person...not so much these days! i've totally fell of the exercise wagon which i feel really bad about...but with that said, it's a big reason why i sleep in.
not that there's anything wrong with that because there is not...i just feel like it's a waste of time.
so. from here on out (??) i'm going to set that alarm and get my butt up and do something. or else it will be really awful when school starts...which is just over a week away! did you hear me? just over a week away.....aaaccckkkk!
makes me shiver.
as you probably already know i'm having a HUGE....BIG....GIVEAWAY (see previous post) and my stat counter has gone through the roof! so be sure to leave a comment over there, you won't be disappointed. unless you don't win, but that's up to you because you could always buy something, even if it's for yourself!

we did this, this morning. and i swear (yes, swear) that LEGO's will certainly be the death of me! if you have a boy...you know what i'm talking about. it doesn't help that i'm a little ocd about this stuff...like in a perfect world i would have each color divided out and in ziplock bags so that it would be easy to locate these oh so small pieces and follow the directions accordingly...that was a horrible run on sentence, just so you know i know. but then there's jackson who doesn't really care what color the piece is just as long as the outcome is the same....
and then the mess. ugh.

swimming lessons actually ended today BUT mrs. d asked if we wanted to come another two weeks and i said OF COURSE! jackson has officially moved to level 2 after Lord knows how long...he is now SWIMMING and doing it like perfection! i'm so proud of this little guy and i think he's pretty proud of himself too!

Dontcha just love those piles of toys? We aren't into legos around here..no it's tea sets and books for us....and I mean EVERYWHERE! I think I am going to hire my niece to come over and keep Kensington occupied so I can weed out the toestumpers, I mean toys that she doesn't play with!
Way to go Jackson for getting the swimming lessons conquered! He looks like a pro.

we just got the first 'big kid' box of legos for Brig's bday... You seriously have to have an engineering degree to work with those. unfortunately, my son will probably never achieve the helicpoter-like figure on the box..lol
your guy is a master...
and so I am confused on the big give away.. is it YOUR stuff.. do you do that bead stuff? or is the website yours.. fill me in girl!!

I know what you are talkin about!!! we have lego piles too...& figurine line-ups. Your Jackson seems to do quite well with building. My son needs help & then is so not good at picking up when done.
